Customer must fill out the back side of RGA and return RGA paperwork with the product within 30 days or RGA will be voided. RGA # must be written on outside of box or contained on shipping label of returned product. All products returned must be in original packaging and will be inspected before credit is initiated. Whether product is returned unused or submitted for warranty, the customer is responsible for shipping charges to SPF Innovations Inc.. All products returned to SPF Innovations Inc. shall after 90 days and three failed attempts to contact customer by phone, fax or email, will be considered abandoned and will be scrapped, releasing SPF Innovations Inc. from any warranty or repair service obligations. SPF Innovations Inc., warrants these units to be free from manufacturing defects under ordinary use and service for a period of ninety (90) days from the date the unit is shipped from factory according to the following terms and conditions listed below.
1. The unit must be installed and maintained in accordance with the manufacturers’ written
recommendations and requirements as they exist;
2. The unit must be used for appropriate applications;
3. The unit must not have been altered from its original state.
This warranty covers ONLY defects in material or workmanship.
Limitation of Remedies: Under no circumstances shall SPF Innovations Inc. be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses of any kind, including loss of income or profits arising out of or in connection with this contract or with the use of delivery of products furnished hereunder.
SPF Innovations Inc. liability and Buyer’s exclusive remedy for any claims arising out of the products sold
hereunder shall be limited to replacement or repair of nonconforming goods or payment in an amount not to exceed the purchase price thereof, at SPF Innovations Inc. option. The product must not have been altered from its original state. Any portion of the product found defective in material or
workmanship will be repaired or replaced, at the SPF Innovations Inc. option, without charge for parts or labour, providing the unaltered product is returned to the manufacturer, shipped prepaid, within
the time period set forth in this warranty and provided further that SPF Innovations Inc.,establishes that the product is defective in its material or workmanship.
This warranty specifically does not apply to and will not pay for:
1. Any unit which has been altered from its original state by the customer or anyone acting on behalf
of the customer other than the manufacturer;
2. Repairs necessitated by accident, abuse, or failure to use the product in a manner for which it was
3. Failure by the customer to follow the normal installation, application and maintenance requirements
of the manufacturer;
4. Loss of use of any system of which this unit is a part, loss of time, inconvenience or any other
incidental or consequential damages sustained by the customer.
5. The cost of an on-site service technician to instruct or assist the user in correct product installation,
operation, or maintenance.
6. The cost of a service technician to clean or maintain the product.
7. Expendable items that can wear out from normal use within the warranty period.

THIS REMEDY OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND NEITHER THE MANUFACTURER NOR ITS AGENTS AUTHORIZE ANYONE TO ASSUME FOR THEM ANY OTHER OBLIGATION OF ANY FORM OTHER THAN THE OBLIGATION TO REPAIR OR REPLACE WHICH IS SET FORTH IN THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY. THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY COMPLETELY ELIMINATES AND HOLDS HARMLESS THE MANUFACTURERS’ RESPONSIBILITY FOR BUSINESS INTERRUPTIONS, LOSS OF PROFITS, PERSONAL INJURY, COSTS OR DELAY, OR ANY OTHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES, COSTS, OR DAMAGES.
